Job Description : Ally Pediatric Therapy, a specialty clinic for children with autism and other childhood disorders, is looking for an Administrative and Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team.Our mission is to be an ally in the growth of the children and families we serve. To do so, we utilize a unique approach of integrating the principles of applied behavior analysis and speech-language pathology expertise.This isn’t just a job to us…we go home each day knowing we made a difference and think about how we can build on that tomorrow.Position MissionTo create an efficient schedule which fulfills recommended client treatment hours while providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Clinical Director and managing administrative tasks.This position plays an integral role in ensuring our clients receive services. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and updating all on-going client treatment schedules. This role involves scheduling in a manner that takes into consideration location, hours, and appropriate client-to-staff matches.This role is best suited for someone that works well under pressure and with tight deadlines.Position Responsibilities: Client & Staff SchedulingDevelop and maintaining the client/staff master schedule to maximize utilization, while enabling continuity and quality of careReact and respond to last minute scheduling changes, such as staff or client absences and time offEnsure staff are converting session notes in a timely mannerWork with vendors to ensure clinic is clean, safe, and presentableManage and monitor clinic supplies inventory and replenishment scheduleSupport and enable the success of the Clinical Director in their role as leader of the clinicClinic ManagementWork with vendors to ensure clinic is clean, safe, and presentableManage and monitor clinic supplies inventory and replenishment scheduleSupport and enable the success of the Clinical Director in their role as leader of the clinicClient & Staff ExperienceBuild relationships with staff and clients to create a positive experienceAssist with new hire onboarding activitiesRequirementsYou thrive in a crunch – you will have to adjust the schedule daily due to absences, often with little notice, with a time deadline.
