Job Description : Doctors office located in Mesa, AZ is looking for an experienced phone operator to join our scheduling team. Position is Monday through Friday, no weekends.Ability to handle heavy phones. Schedules and reschedules appointments. Takes messages and directs calls to appropriate staff. Strong customer service skills. Ability to interact with physicians, patients, vendors and staff. Medical terminology and attention to detail.Prior medical office experience a must.
