Job Description : Accounts Payable Manager (hybrid schedule, work from home half the week and onsite half)Fast-growing organization that is interrupting the specialty retail industry. We are looking for a fantastic Accounts Payable Manager/Supervisor who can make a huge impact and help facilitate the AP department into a top-notch organization. Hybrid remote schedule available.Lead designing, communicating team vision and goals for AP, and building and managing the teamResponsible for full-cycle global accounts payable process.Oversees and assists with the global day-to-day full-cycle accounts payable operations and weekly disbursements, providing immediate visibility to senior management on critical issuesEmployee expense administration and corporate cards managementReviews and provides guidance for accounts payable transactions to ensure timely and accurate reporting for all vendor invoicesReviews accounts payable aging reports to ensure vendor accounts are reconciled and all payments and credits have been identified and processedManages corporate vendor relationships and resolves all vendor account discrepancies in a timely manner by obtaining and investigating information from cross-functional teams and vendorsPrepares monthly global reconciliations and analyses of vendor accounts to ensure accurate and timely reporting, separating timing differences from variances requiring further research and identifying and escalating issues to be addressedDocument procedures for the global accounts payable process, addressing the unique elements of the businessLead accounts payable process automation projects, collaborating with systems, data and accounting teamsOversee month-end closing process including preparation and review of journal entries under your responsibilities and complete all assigned close tasks and prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliationsDevelop reporting KPI’s, including operational and financial metricsRecommend changes to accounting processes including documenting and maintaining accounting procedures to support continuous improvement effortsWhat we are looking for: Significant experience from a high-volume Accounts Payable environment.5+ years in managing 6+ employees.Experience with implementation of Accounts Payable systems a plusExperience with ERP system a must and Coupa a plusIntermediate Excel skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groupsJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Tempe, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Accounts Payable: 5 years (Preferred)High-Volume AP: 1 year (Preferred)AP Employee Supervision/Management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
