Customer Service2. Payment on Account3. Club cleanliness4. Building and equipment maintenance and safetyAccountabilities:1. Greeting/Farewell all that walk in/out of the front door2. Phone Power Protocol3. Cash Protocol4. Check-Ins, including guest and employee5. Manage alerted check-ins6.
