Position : Patient Service Representative

Job Description : As a patient representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients. Key priorities include greeting patients, assisting them with selection of medicine, completing transactions, upholding compliance with the AMMA and answering questions regarding medical cannabis. We will provide you with the proper educational tools to assist you in learning the industry.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides patient engagement in positive and approachable manner.
Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked dispensary for patients.
Helps in the inputting of inventory into the software program.
Independently replenishes medicine, rolls pre-rolls, etc.
Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.
Remains constantly aware of patient activity to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
Correct and accurate balancing of registers and cash reconciliation daily.
Maintain full compliance with the AMMA and AZDHS.

Job Type: Part-time and Full-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
