Job Description : CNC OperatorDura-Lift Hardware, a rapidly growing company, is seeking a full time CNC Operator for our Phoenix, AZ expansion. Dura-Lift a door hardware manufacturer is seeking day shift CNC operator candidates that are dedicated to working hard, and are seeking growth opportunities to enhance your career. The candidate must posses the abilities to CNC program and set up light tooling for the machine production.Set up and program the computer for the machine productionAbility to install and change out light tooling fixtures for specific production runsHandle raw material input and output of machineConduct online QC checks for input and output of productPerform daily maintenance on machineryResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing the daily functions of manufacturing machinery. Duties include: Running tests before the start of operationsProgramming and monitoring machines when assembling productsInspecting machinery at the end of each shiftBenefitsDura-Lift offers full benefit package to all full-time employeesHealth, dental, vision, paid holidays, 11 days of paid Holidays and 14 days of PTO paid leave-time, company paid life insurance and short term disability.
