Job Description : Supply Chain & Asset Manager
Location: North Scottsdale *this position is on-site 5x days a week*
Industry: Manufacturing/Consumer Product Goods
Salary: $115K-$125K base salary DOE
Travel: Between 10%-20% travel annually
A lucrative opportunity to join an expanding consumer product goods company based in Phoenix as a Supply Chain/Asset Manager to support their operations and supply chain team. Our client is a global company, and this role would assist in improving operations all over the world. This role would report to the Plant Controller and assist with managing inventory, executing inventory cycle counts, leading the development of warehouse procedures/processes, and performing ad hoc projects related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Ideal Profile:
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required
5+ years of accounting or process engineering experience
Prior experience with standard costing, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma
Prior management experience required
This role will oversee two direct reports
Strong GAAP knowledge and exposure
Advanced Excel
Experienced in managing processes and streamlining processes
Ability to be hands-on in conducting detailed and complex analysis
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Plant Controller and Supply Chain to improve warehouse and plant performance
Supervise 1-2 direct reports
Plan, execute and reconcile physical inventories
Prepares analysis of adjustments inventory activity and transaction reports
Provides inventory budgeting/forecasting requirements
Direct global inventory control and management
Manage plant or warehouse inventory metrics
Lead the development of warehousing procedures/processes within the WMS
Performs ad hoc projects related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Review and develop landed cost process and reporting into channels and regional reporting deliverables.
