The Prime Leaf is seeking friendly, professional customer service associates to provide high quality, compassionate care and a consistently positive experience to all medical and recreational patrons. This position trains first as a Receptionist then graduates to Cashier ultimately leading to a Patient Consultant position.Job FunctionsWelcome visitors/patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.Perform compliant medical patient intake through the POS system and Arizona Department of Health Services patient verification systemReview patient purchasing historyVerify patient’s purchasing availability and inform patient of remaining purchase availabilityVerify and enter patient’s order quantities into AZDHS system by categoryAssist patrons with product selectionAddress patron questions and concernsProvide patrons with appropriate options based on their needs and available product informationProcess orders utilizing POS softwareInput patient’s order quantities in accordance with remaining availabilityPackage and label orders in accordance with packaging policy standardsRoutinely check the inventory level of stocked items. Maintain appropriate stock quantitiesAssist management staff in general operation of the facilityCommunicate patron concerns to management teamRecognize and communicate potential safety concerns to management teamComplete additional assignments and tasks as assigned by managementPresent a clean and safe facilityRepresent The Prime Leaf in a professional manner at all timesComplete training and personal research as needed to stay informed about cannabisMinimum Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be 21 years of age1-3 years in a retail or customer service environment or equivalent related experienceGeneral knowledge of use of medicinal and recreational marijuana and related products preferredExcellent communication skillsExcellent skills in basic mathematicsMust not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant in A.R.S. § 36-2801Skills/QualificationsCustomer FocusTeamworkDependabilityAttention to DetailHigh Energy LevelGeneral Math SkillsInforming OthersIntegrityJob and Product KnowledgeMulti-taskingCash HandlingOrganizationProblem SolvingProductivityProfessionalismQuality FocusBasic SafetyPhysical DemandsThis position will require the applicant to routinely stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend for up to 6-8 hours.
