Job Description : Job Description: As a Ticket Scanner you are in a unique position to provide the experience of a lifetime to our guests, fellow employees, and more importantly for yourself!You will have the task of scanning each guest’s ticket, providing helpful and friendly guest service, and bringing your own personality and style to our team at Activated Events.Responsibilities: Provide friendly and helpful guest serviceEnsure accuracy of valid event tickets using Ticket Sauce softwareEscalate any issues to ticket scanning supervisorAssist with egress at the end of eventProvide feedback to ticket scanning supervisor on what could be improvedJob Requirements: Must be at least 18 years oldAbility to stay enthusiastic and perform well when busy/under pressureAbility to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of timeJob Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftExperience:customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
