Job Description : Job Title: Role Player, U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE)Location: Fort Huachuca, AZPosition is Contingent Upon Contract AwardJob Description: Role Players perform as actors in diversified settings and environments, such as practical and situational training exercises for Army Intelligence personnel from the HUMINT (35M) and CI (35L) specialties. Role Players enhance training for U.S. Army Soldiers by realistically, accurately, and convincingly portraying Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Counterintelligence (CI) sources in a variety of role playing scenarios. Both Basic and Foreign-Language speaking Role Players provide the “human terrain” and cultural context for operations as a people-centric approach in Soldiers’ preparation.Types of Role player positions include:Basic – provide the human terrain and cultural context for operations.Foreign language – personnel who are native or who have recently resided in the cultural and geographic regions portrayed during the training.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications: Honorable service in MOS 35M or 35L required (or equivalent specialty in other service).Physically fit and able to operate in rough terrain for extended periods.An understanding of the contemporary culture, customs, and courtesies of the replicated area of operations.Some roles require a Secret ClearanceForeign Language RPs speak the target language (currently Russian, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, or Farsi).Previous Role Player experience preferred.Will be required to follow all Federal COVID-19 protocols as they pertain to contractorsBenefitsmedical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, holidays, PTO and 401(k) with company match*_FirstDiv** is an equal opportunity employer.
