Job Description : Strolleria, a fast-growing, multimillion-dollar retailer of high-quality baby gear, is seeking a customer service specialist to oversee sales and customer service for its e-commerce and in-store business.Strolleria offers strollers, car seats and other baby gear products primarily through Strolleria.com, as well as a boutique showroom in Scottsdale. Since its establishment in 2016, Strolleria has enjoyed consistent year-to-year growth as high as 100%.As a customer service specialist, you’ll take ownership of the Strolleria customer experience on all channels, providing a level of service and expertise big-box retailers can’t match.Strollers and car seats are the most important and most confusing purchases every new parent makes. Our team earns sales by simplifying these decisions for customers—whether we’re demonstrating how to fold strollers in the store or turning a basic online chat question into a meaningful conversation.The customer service specialist will play a multi-faceted and integral role in shaping the success of a young but fast-growing business. Every day will present new challenges and learning opportunities, as your job will encompass aspects of customer service, sales, marketing and operations.Knowledge of baby gear, while certainly a plus, is not required. More important is a willingness to learn, both about operating an e-commerce business and about the fine details of products that inspire countless questions from overwhelmed parents-to-be.As a customer service specialist, you will:Provide a consultative shopping experience for customers in-store and online, many of whom have no prior knowledge of baby gearOffer superior service to customers by answering product and order questions via in-store visits, phone, e-mail and online chatWork with fulfillment team and manufacturer contacts to monitor orders and resolve product or shipping issuesAssist with marketing and website projects by creating landing pages, editing product information and updating imagesMaintain the appearance and upkeep of the store, refreshing displays and floor modelsThe ideal candidate has these qualities:An associate’s or bachelor’s degreeThe availability to work on Saturdays (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)Strong organization skills in a role that requires multitasking between sales channelsAn ability to thrive in a start-up environment and think critically to resolve unprecedented challengesExcellent writing skills for a role in which the majority of customer conversations take place onlineA high level of compassion and patience for helping customers during one of the most important times in their livesJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Scottsdale, AZ 85258: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):What makes Strolleria a good fit for you?This position requires Saturdays, with additional hours to be determined with the candidate.
