Job Description : Superstition Crushing is one of the largest portable aggregate crushing companies in the state of Arizona. Our jobsites move from site to site across the state of Arizona, sometimes outside of the Phoenix valley. If you’re not afraid to get dirty, have reliable transportation, and you’re interested in an entry level position with clear paths to advancement then apply now!Must Haves: Reliable transportationValid Driver’s LicenseAbility to work outdoors in summer heat.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screeningSaturday Availability occasionally requiredTemporary travel availability (one week at a time)Position Responsibilities: Overall cleanliness and appearance of jobsiteShovel beneath conveying equipmentPush wheelbarrows with aggregate materialAssist in repairs on jobsiteSafe operation of company equipmentPerform tasks as directed by Crushing Plant Operator and direct supervisorsMaintain equipment through greasing, fueling, and minor repairsWillingness to operate any equipment as needed (Skid steer, Water truck, etc.)Demonstrate compliance with safety plan as set forth by Safety DepartmentAdequately inspect equipment and jobsite daily for defects or maintenance needsBenefits: Top pay, needed immediately!$30 per/night per diem for out of town workHealth Insurance- 50% cost to you after first 90 days, completely covered after 6 months401k- After your first year of employment we offer a 4% matchLife, dental, and vision insurance plans offered as wellJob Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityExperience:Mining: 1 year (Preferred)Labor: 1 year (Preferred)Willingness to travel:100% (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
