Job Description : Come join our team at Aurora Behavioral Health System. This free-standing psychiatric inpatient hospital and outpatient program located in Glendale, Arizona is looking for an experienced receptionist to facilitate the flow of organization information and to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers.Job Duties:Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries. Maintain security and confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines and hospital privacy policies and procedures. Issue visitor badges as deemed appropriate. Maintain telephone system. Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Skills/Qualifications:Full Time overnight shift neededTelephone Skills, Verbal/Written Communication.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and visitors.Ability to effectively interact with people.Microsoft Office Skills, Organization SkillsHigh School degree or equivalent preferred; some college helpful.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Healthcare or related experience preferred.Ability to remain seated at switchboard for long periods of time.Must be 21 years of ageAble to pass a back ground check, drug screen, and obtain a level one Arizona fingerprint card.We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
