Job Description : What Is This Position About? In this position, you’ll be responsible for providing support to the enrollment teams by ensuring that the high volume of inquiries, both telephone and digital are contacted within an appropriate time frame. You’ll also be responsible for qualifying new leads, answering general program/degree questions, and prompting the transfer of calls to an Enrollment Representative at one of our partner universities.Who Posted This Position?Synergis Education partners with colleges and universities to co-design and launch high quality degree programs that are delivered in ways to enhance access and efficiency.
