Position : Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Description : Larry Miller Nissan is looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP), entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.Experience in CDK/ADP is preferred but not a deal breakerResponsibilitiesAR/AP: entering information into internal systemsAR/AP: making phone calls regarding payments neededAR/AP: Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as neededReconcile invoices and identify discrepanciesProcess reimbursement formsPrepare bank deposits / Deposit ChecksEnter invoices / financial transactionsPayroll: Assist with payrollSkillsAR/AP desiredPayroll Experience preferredKnowledge of basic bookkeeping proceduresGood math skills and the ability to spot numerical errorsOrganization skillsAbility to handle sensitive, confidential informationPay Determination will be based on experience demonstratedJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Do you have any CDK/ADP knowledge?Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
