Job Description : TITLE: Customer Relations Manager
LOCATION: Howes Cave NY
COMPENSATION: $50,000 – $70,000
SCHEDULE: Mon-Thurs 8 am – 5 pm; Friday 8 am – 12 pm noon.
We are seeking a talented Customer Relations Manager for our plastic manufacturing facility in Howes Cave NY. Despite the title, you will NOT have direct reports. You will be the team member that manages Customer Relations with ~35 client companies. This will involve taking customer orders, answering customer questions about the product, advising client on pricing systems, etc.
This is a client facing role. Professional communication, both verbal and written, are very important. Experience with ERP (enterprise resource planning) software is required.
