Job Description : Valuations Associate Job Description:The core focus of the position is to prepare, evaluate, analyze, and summarize portfolio investment valuation results.Assist with updating valuation templates each quarter, including discounted cash flow (DCF), performance multiple (PM) and other valuation models.Compile documentation to support assumptions used in the valuation models.Assess underlying assumptions used to develop DCF, performance multiples, and other valuations.Maintain, prepare and analyze summary valuation and performance schedulesParticipate in various group initiatives and projects.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science or a quantitative discipline (preferred), or 2 to 7 years of experience in a financial role, and a strong GPAStrong analytical skills and experience with valuations from Big 4 or other consulting experience is a plus (must have experience with private credit)Previous valuation experience and working knowledge of Bloomberg are a plusProficiency in Excel is requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 – $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)Investment Valuation with private credit: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:CFA (Preferred)Work Location: One location
