Job Description : Job Description POSITION: Office Administrator & Customer Service RepresentativePRIMARY REPORT: Tush Nikollaj – President/CEOJob Description Perfect Water, a residential and commercial water treatment business based in Schenectady, New York, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. A retail sales background is of the utmost importance, as the Customer Service Representative is the first line contact with our customers. A willingness and ability to promote our products and services is required for this position.The successful candidate must have a strong background in providing support services to the sales and service team and have an interest in learning our product line. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:MAIN JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES § Maintain a good relationship and a high level of professionalism with customers, vendors & partners§ Answer phone calls, respond to emails and follow up on customer leads in a prompt manner§ Contact leads via phone, email, and/or mail to schedule and provide information and quotes on products, services, and installations, and to perform Water Test Analyses§ Answer and return all incoming customer calls (including purchase of parts and accessories and questions and general customer concerns)§ Establish a positive rapport with customers by listening and responding and to their needs in a timely manner.§ Update CRM database (Highrise) with customer information during and after calls, including tracking/adding leads for Sales and maintaining monthly tracking reports§ Contact customers via phone, email, and/or mail to schedule annual maintenance appointments, system installations, and service calls§ Order and maintain sufficient parts for services/installations/sales. Including but not limited to filters,Water Test Kits, supplies, sales/information kits, re-order items from vendors as needed§ Process all necessary Warranty information and Home Depot Documents§ Scan, upload, and appropriately file all customer paperwork in files and databases§ Handle all shipping and receiving and notify technicians of orders received for installation§ Ensure proper documentation and information is received and recorded pursuant to Perfect Water & HomeDepot Policies and Procedures§ Inform Water Test Kit customers of their results and provide information to sales for followup§ Work with our sales and service team to stay up to date on product knowledge§ Duties and responsibilities maybe modified and adjusted at managements discretionKEY COMPETENCIES / EXPECTED SKILLS § Willing to work with exceptional work ethics§ Have excellent organizational, planning and communication skills (written and verbal)§ Strong attention to detail in planning with high level of accuracy§ Excellent Judgment and decision-making ability§ Proactive Initiatives and Confidentiality is a must§ Be flexible, adaptable and a team player§ Ability to reason and think logically – excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills§ Able to effectively manage time and meet deadlines.§ Well-developed computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and EmailJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Schenectady, NY 12308: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
