Job Description : Production Team Member Power Pallet and Recylcing is seeking highly motivated team members looking to grow in a fast-paced environment. Power Pallet is a drug free workplace and we value hard work and innovative ideas.JOB DESCRIPTIONEssential Functions: Performs assembly and disassembly-type functions, using production machinery and robotic technology.Operates fork lift as required.Operates recycling machinery.Ensure compliance in a safe operation of all equipment and maintain a safe and clean work area.POSITION QUALIFICATION: Competencies: Forward thinking – takes initiative to learn and lead others.Must be okay with physical labor and able to lift 65 lbs.Accountable & Responsible – accepts responsibility and accounts for his/her actions.Must meet our core values – respectful, dependable, safe, loyal, timely, good communication skills, trustworthy and honest.Safety Conscious – Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.Ability to pass a pre-employment screening.POSITION TYPE: This is a full-time position.
