Opportunity for an Office Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Brooklyn, NY!
RemX Staffing is seeking a temporary to permanent hire Shipping & Receiving Coordinator!
Candidates must be willing to work fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile work orders to the ERP system
Obtain carrier quotes and coordinate deliveries according to operations schedule
Process invoices for outgoing shipments and coordinate UPS/FedEx Orders
Proofread orders to verify accuracy and organize/prioritize shipping paperwork
Assist with reporting and creating/maintaining spreadsheets
Process customer payments, credit card transactions, and track account information
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent
3+ years of experience directly related to the duties of the position
Advanced user knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, spreadsheets, and website navigation
Prior experience using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship is a plus
