Job Description : Modrn Sanctuary is a luxury beauty & wellness center that is comprised of 15 treatment rooms and 20+ practitioners that rent with us at our facility. We also have several unique treatments that we run and operate including a Himalayan Salt room, Crystal bed, meditation pod, infrared sauna, IV drip lounge, and cryoskin body contouring. Our facility is approximately 5,000+ square feet.We are looking to hire a front desk wellness concierge that has the following characteristics and traits to be considered for the position:Wellness oriented (health coaches high wanted)Sales focused and understands the power of sharing additional treatments and up-selling services for incoming new clients and callers (Background in Sales is highly preferred)Personable and good at conversationCustomer Services oriented. Understands the power of acknowledgement and how to deal with clients when they are upsetQuick learnerExcellent multi-tasking skills as our desk can be very busy. phone ringing, clients checking out, helping clean a room after the client leaves.Prior Spa experience a plusKnowledge of booking systems such as MindBody or Boulevard is a BIG plusSelf Manager. We like to see persons who can self manageworks as a team! we are a great team and have fun, but working together and communication is KEY!Solution oriented.HIGHLY REQUESTED IN OUR APPLICANTS: Background in salesShifts are ~5 hours and we are looking for morning (10:30am Start) and evening shifts (2:30-8pm)Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:employees as per the NYC mandate, must be vaccinated.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
