In addition, the Package Room Attendant will assist the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Condominium by filling in for other positions while they are away from their dedicated post all while conforming to a 5-Star standard of service.Qualifications/Education Requirements: Ideal candidates for the Service Entrance Personnel position should have a:Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a luxury hotel or residential environmentMinimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.Previous package room attendant experience and multi-lingual is preferred.A high school diploma or GED.Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.The ability to maintain guest confidentiality,A knowledge of building systems and basic computer programs (Microsoft DOS, office, Windows, etc.)The ability to work independently and maintain an organized workspace.The ability to lift and move objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.Benefits and Compensation: Central Park Tower offers competitive pay ranging from $19.84 – $26.45 per hour and benefits to include medical, dental, and vision.
