Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with coursework or implementing learning programs.
Experience with project management and collaborating with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Learning Management Systems, or e-learning authoring tools.
Experience managing large projects to completion, including creating and managing project plans.
Strong communication skills and collaborative working approach.
Passion for mobile apps and mobile games.

Google Play Partnerships is a Global team that partners with developers to make their apps and games accessible to users on the Android and Google Play ecosystems. We work closely with Product, Commerce, Marketing, Policy, and Legal among other cross-functional teams to bring the best of Google Play and Google to developers and users across the world.
As the Learning and Development Program Manager, you will create processes, forums, content to share, and scale team wide knowledge. You will independently lead creation, delivery, and improvement of our team’s expertise across various areas, and help improve Google Play Partnerships’ team culture.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Google Play Partnerships’ stakeholders to create and deliver annual Learning and Development plans. Work with teams and leadership to identify gaps in learning and learning solutions required.
Align talent objectives and business strategies with curriculum development and instructional design.
Help close knowledge and skill gaps on the team by designing and building learning experiences, including innovative scalable learning solutions.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to create, launch, implement, and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Maintain ongoing feedback with key stakeholders on the team to assess new learning and developmental needs.
Collaborate with the team on instructional design, technology, and sharing best practices to ensure creation and delivery of outstanding training experiences.
