Job Description : Job Title: BookkeeperGeneral Description: NHFC is seeking an incredible Bookkeeper.Essential Functions: Assist with statement preparation on a monthly basis for management.Analyze and reconcile accounts.Post journal entries.Review and post accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.Generate billing invoices on a weekly basis.Review and enter contracts into the general ledger.Education/Experience: BA/BS Degree from top school with excellent academic track record2 – 3 years’ relevant experience in full cycle bookkeeping/accounting.Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online and Excel.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent prioritization, organization skills.Demonstrable ability to manage many projects at one time and hitting deadlines.Experience working in a healthcare setting.or industry with high transaction volumeExperience: bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)Quickbooks: 2 years (Preferred)Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
