Job Description : Professional couple in Brooklyn seeks a full-time Personal Assistant/Property Manager to support them in their Park Slope, Brooklyn household. The position is mostly remote with 1 day per week onsite in Brooklyn.Job responsibilities include:Scheduling appointments; calendar managementGatekeeper; controlling access to employers by third partiesCoordinating with executive assistantTracking expenses; paying household billsBooking and arranging travelMaintaining household filing systemsSupervising household staff (including housekeeper, nanny, handyman, contractors, etc.)Overseeing search, hiring, payroll management.Personal shopping; errandsOnline researchGeneral property management of three South Brooklyn (Park Slope and Fort Greene) propertiesMinimum of 5 years of personal assistant, executive assistant, and/or property management experience is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates should be able to work independently, be able to identify and resolve issues before they become problems, and take ownership of your work.Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, plus occasional nights and weekends. Mostly remote, with 1 day per week onsite.Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
