Job Description : Job Title: Strategy & Operations AnalystLocation: Local candidates to NY, Irving, or Tampa.Duration: 6 months (Possible Extension)The Strategy & Operations Analyst is a critical role supporting transformation programsThe Strategy & Operations Analyst will be a key member of a transformation team within supporting engagements necessary to deliver against transformation and regulatory priorities. Projects will vary in size, duration, and complexity; will have significant and measurable business value outcomes; and will be highly visible with executive-level sponsorship.The Strategy & Operations Analyst will operate within a relatively flat organization and reports directly to a senior leader but also to engagement manager(s) who lead the day-to-day of ongoing projects via a matrix management structure.RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive the analysis of complex sets of data and business processes with limited guidanceIndependently think through and analyze solutions to problems and develop initial hypotheses, frameworks, and methodologiesSupport all phases of projects and drive project execution and deliveryOwn the initial preparation of communications for project sponsors and senior stakeholders regarding hypotheses, analyses, and project outcomesSupport creation of project communications to drive engagement of key stakeholders and adoption of recommendations and solutionsWork with colleagues to continuously develop re-usable intellectual capital and contribute relevant content to the team’s knowledgebaseShow initiative in performing research and obtaining dataTRANSFORMATION PROJECT COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: Preferred Competencies (some of the below):Hypothesis GenerationAnalytical Framework DevelopmentData AnalysisRoot Cause IdentificationProcess Analysis and DesignBusiness Case and Financial Model DevelopmentStakeholder ManagementCommunications and Change PlanningCHARACTERISTICS: Strong ability to identify issues, structure and conduct analyses, organize findings, draw conclusions, identify next steps, and make recommendations with limited guidanceSkilled in the use of PowerPoint to present analyses and communicate with a clear storylineHighly analytical and rigorous thinker with a balance of creativityShows initiative in performing research, obtaining data, and conducting analysesDeveloping ability to lead and demonstrate presence through influence without formal authorityWorks effectively in a team-based collaborative modelInnovative and curious, and readily able to think outside of the boxVerbally communicates effectively and impactfullySelf-starter who brings a sense of urgency to assignments and goalsComfortable with ambiguity and changePassionate about improving employee and customer experienceStrong desire to engage employees to improve an organizationDetail oriented and effective multi-taskerJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $70.00 – $89.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you vaccinated?Experience:Project management methodology: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
