Position : Director Of Education
Job Description : We are looking for a Director of Education for our Real estate Coaching / Mastermind Program. We are coaching students across the country on how to invest in real estate anywhere in the country. Our goal is to create the #1 Coaching program for beginner Real Estate investors. We will be taking on students and showing them step by step how to find off-market properties, how to negotiate and close deals, how to grow a portfolio, how to buy homes with little to no money down, how to wholesale and assign real estate, how to fix and flip real estate, how to grow a team and make it a profitable business and to ultimately achieve financial freedom for themselves without a degree or a license of any sort. This position will be extremely rewarding because you will be helping people learn how to invest in their first property and eventually build a business of their own. The coaching will be done by the owners of Raven3 Home Buyers but we are looking for someone to help us build the business and create systems and processes for our students. We will be taking on students via a one-time membership and a monthly membership fee which will include us doing weekly zooms calls with different department heads of the investment company, one on one pieces of training, in-person masterminds, and a ton of value being provided on a weekly and monthly basis to our students.
Compensation:
$200,000
Responsibilities:
Managing Students on a daily and weekly basis
Onboarding new students and clientele
Creating weekly schedules for students
Scheduling all consultation
Hiring new employees for the business
Managing marketing and advertisements for new clients
Hiring salespeople
Organize masterminds throughout the year
Grow the brand of the coaching program and other ventures within the program
