Job Description : Premier multi-program NFP is searching for a human service professional with extensive expertise to provide strategy, direction, and leadership for the organization’s developmental disabilities services.Reporting to the COO, the rights candidate will be responsible for: Directing the DD division including developing proposals and recommendations for new or revised policies and programs.Evaluating and maintaining awareness of results achieved, problems, trends, climate, and general status of each.Maintaining external contacts and relationships including outside governmental, local community, and associate voluntary organization representatives.Supervising Departmental Directors including establishing goals and objectives and evaluating performanceReviewing and responding to RFPs that fall within the scope of the division and Agency Mission.Overseeing the development of new programsDeveloping a budget for all service areas within the division.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceTuition reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Purchase, NY 10577: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Required)Experience:Executive Administration: 5 years (Required)Developmental Disabilities: 8 years (Required)Work Location: One location
