Join our team today!Job SummaryCovers the executive reception areas. Provides receptionist services to executive clients while interacting with support teams and executive assistants.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains & oversees the reception area/front desk.Greets visitors immediately and answers the telephone promptly with appropriate greeting in a professional and friendly manner.Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides helpful information to provide visitors with a memorable experience.Maintains the public spaces in the executive area. Prepares beverage machine area, ensures food service & other displays are appropriately set.Confirms all rooms are ready for meetings by stocking the room with agendas, amenities, visitors’ gifts and presentation supplies; ensures in-room beverage service, clean room, right temperature, etc.Operates accounting, inventory management, scheduling systems as needed.Assists the logistics/operations specialist with the daily management of service vendors both internal and external.Assist the logistics/operations specialist with visitor logistics, and supports the operations manager with administrative tasks on as needed basis.Provides backup to the logistics/operations specialists during lunch breaks and when the logistics/operations specialist is out of office.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative office experience in a corporate setting, prior executive support preferred.Computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.Apply to Flik today!Flik is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
