Job Description : An experienced non-union, live out Superintendent is needed for a 60-unit condo residential building located in the Midtown/Chelsea area.7 union staff members. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively manage staff, be proficient with email, understand building wide systems, and have good communication and organizational skills. All applicants will be required to pass a written competency exam and provide a detailed report after a building inspection. The successful candidate must possess the following: city-wide S-12 and S-13 certificates of fitness issued by the FDNY and a P-99 low pressure boiler license.Candidates should be familiar with steam absorption chillers, central air conditioning, and cooling towers. A minimum of ten years’ experience is required in a condo building. This is not an entry level position.Compensation commensurate with experience. I am looking to hire immediately.
