Job Description : We are a Compactor and Fire Sprinkler Contracting company located in Woodside, Queens that is in business for over 36 years. We are seeking an experienced person for administrative duties.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Excellent customer service and communication skillsMust be able to type a professional looking contract using spell checkScanning and emailingGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Office programsAbility to multi-task and work under pressureStrong organizational skillsMust have EXCELLENT telephone skills and the ability to take service callsQualifications include: Prior experience working in a service/contracting companyExcellent customer service and communication skillsProfessional demeanor with polished phone mannersEffective time managementWorking knowledge of office equipment (i.e. fax, printer, scanner)Experience with all Microsoft office programs with expertise in Word and ExcelWe offer an excellent comprehensive benefits package including vacation, holiday, and competitive salaryJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All employees must be fully vaccinated, and we take all Covid precautions including air filtration, plexi glass enclosed desks, and distancing.Ability to commute/relocate:Woodside, NY 11377: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 3 years (Preferred)Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Work Location: One location
