You’ll need strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of our services while explaining our expansive product line.What will you be doing?Making our customers happy!Manage large amounts of incoming callsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationMeet personal/customer service team sales targetsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersThe CSR’s skill setStrong sales and customer service skillsProficiency with numbers, budget and time managementAbility to present ideas, negotiate and problem solveGreat written and oral communication skillsFollow up, follow up, follow upStill not sure?Don’t worry.
