Job Description : Summary:
Leads insurance division and manages property, casualty, executive, and auto liability lines of insurance and any other commercial lines of insurance.
Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Responsibilities:
Leads the implementation and evaluation of various insurance policy coverage/terms and renewals for property, auto, directors and officers, etc. to include contractual language review and policy terms.
Provides mentoring, monitoring, and coaching of insurance division team members’ performance, especially in the areas of productivity, communication and effectiveness.
Coordinates insurance services, prioritizing insurance claims, claims management, renewals, and workflows. Promotes effective problem solving in complex matters.
Performs responsibilities of the underlying job duties including timely filing of insurance claim notifications to carriers. Coordinates on-site claims adjustor evaluations and overall management of insurance claims.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
2 years of related experience.
The pay range for this position is: $31.61 – $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
