Position : Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist (Immediate Temporary Need)
Job Description : Pay: $27.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)Position Overview: Our client, a professional business membership association that serves roughly 13,000 members in the financial services industry, is in need of a 12-week temporary part-time Email Marketing Specialist to cover a maternity leave. The Email Marketing Specialist will work with team members to drive student enrollment and oversee marketing campaigns.Schedule: Estimated Start Date: Monday, 03/21/22Assignment Length: 12 weeksMonday – Friday 4 hours/day between the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMOption of in-office (Greenwood Village, CO), hybrid, or remote (must be able to go into the office 1-2 days for training)Job Duties: Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviorsReviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputsConceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele/membersCreating well-written copy that is free from mistakesCollaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputsMaintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondenceDistributing emails through the use of automation software (Hubspot)Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaignQualifications: Degree in Marketing Management, Advertising, Communications, or similarProven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaignsPrior database management experience, preferably in a similar roleFamiliarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software (Hubspot & Netforum)Excellent project management skills specific to marketingOutstanding copywriting and copyediting abilitiesAbility to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted contentFinance industry experience or Association work a plusJ.
