Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Colorado based provider of portable sanitation services, septics and onsite wastewater solutions, we strive to deliver the best for our customers. That’s where you come in!Position DescriptionPRS is looking for a General Manager who will be responsible for managing all business functions for our Northwest region, including multiple business units. If you have the drive to be successful, experience leading a team and making decisions, this role might be for you.Responsibilities: Direct oversight of Operations Managers, office staff and service technicians.P&L responsibility ensuring profitable business units.Monitor all service levels and deliveries to ensure the best efficiencies. Recommend measures to improve operational practices and quality of customer care.Work directly with other team members to ensure excellent/positive communication with customers. Work with the team to resolve customer service & delivery issues.Ensure that proper staffing levels are maintained to meet and exceed customer expectations while operating profitably.Analyze operational activities for business efficiency, i.e., service levels, routing efficiency, labor & overtime, fuel, etc.Work with ownership to develop and implement standard practices, efficiency recommendations, etc.Responsible for fleet DOT administration including, log books & record maintenance, etc.Review and approve e-time punches prior to submitting for payroll processing. Review and approve time off request forms and schedule time off based on operational necessity.Responsible for the administration of the company’s safety program, including coordinating and executing training.Responsible for business unit leadership performance reviews.Create and maintain a positive, safe and effective work environment.In order to be successful at this job, here are some skills you should have: Team BuildingOrganizationTime ManagementCommunicationDecision Making and Problem SolvingFinancial managementWork Environment: You are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.This position may require you to travel regularly to off-site work locations and use of vehicle will be provided.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 3-4 years related business experience with P&L responsibility.At least 2-3 years experience managing a teamAdditional Requirements: Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of financial statements.Experience managing a budget.What’s in it for you?At PRS, we provide a competitive benefits package that lets you live life the way you intend.
