Position Description:
If you are a retired medical health or ancillary health field professional who can work a flexible schedule, then this is a perfect position for you.Medbar provides state-of-the-art Self Testing COVID Swabbing Kiosks for our corporate clients.As a COVID-19 Testing Coordinator, you will lead clients through the Kiosk process where the client swabs themselves and completes the test. You will not swab the client, and this is an inside the building position.You will work with other team members to ensure that clients are able to have an efficient and safe specimen collection experience.Our client’s breeze through this self-testing process, equipped with test kits, virtual proctoring screens, and digital results.The Testing Coordinator will oversee, assist, and take ownership of the kiosk ensuring the self-administered testing experience goes smoothly and accurately.You’ll interface directly with our clients local Point of Contact on a daily basis to identify issues, solve problems and improve processes.
Hours and Schedule:We provide services to our clients up to 5 days a week and between 6 am and 8 pm.Full and part time positions are available.
You’ll:Oversee the self-testing process.Assist persons that are tested answering questions or troubleshooting issues.Stock and sanitize the kiosk station.Validate the immunization status of visitors at our client’s site.Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:Provide amazing customer service.Willing to work flexible hours Monday – Friday anytime between 6 am and 8 pm.Must be a self-starter, ability to work alone, a team player, possess a positive attitude, and take accountability of your actions.Must have reliable transportation and be extremely punctual.Must be very systematic and detail oriented.Possess good computer skills.Trustworthy to execute and ensure supplies and equipment are accounted for before and after testing.Work directly with our Operations team and a local Site Lead.We are a military-friendly employer. Requirements:Experience as a health or ancillary health care professional: Medical Assistants, Nurses, EMTs, Paramedics, Dental Assistants, Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Pharmacy Assistants, Personal Trainers.Familiarity with PPE protocols.Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Compensation:This is a contract 1099 position.Rate: $25-30/ hr. Pay commensurate with experience.All direct deposit payments through our trusted payroll portal.
