Position : Customer Service Representative
Job Description : Located in Penrose, CO, Estes Industries, the world-renowned manufacturer of innovative hobby products for the model rocket industry, is looking for a bright and positive Customer Service Representative with up to 3 years’ experience to join our team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members in other departments.
Essential Functions
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, chat, or social media.
Effectively manage incoming phone calls, web contacts and faxed orders.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Assist with new account creation and maintenance.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Cancel or upgrade accounts as requested.
Suggest solutions with a product malfunction.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Job requirements:
High School Diploma
3 years customer Service experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Associates Degree in business or related field
Proven Customer Support Experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listing.
Customer oriented and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of consumers
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
