Plenty of Places Apartment Homes is a dynamic multi-family residential property management company with communities located in California, Nevada, Colorado and Arizona. We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist with our marketing and social media needs in Colorado, Nevada and California. The Marketing Assistant will be based out of Colorado.Benefits * $21 – $27 per hour ($43,680 to $56,160 per year) * Accrued Paid Time Off = 2 weeks paid time off for the first 4 years. Increased after 4th year to 3 weeks, 4 weeks upon the 6th year and 5 weeks at year 10 * 7 paid holidays per year which includes your birthday * 401K – Matched at 2% * Medical insurance, Dental, Vision – 50% paid by Plenty of Places * $10,000 Life Insurance paid by the company * Top pay for the right candidate *QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredMarketing experience preferred but not requiredProficient in computer skills and social media platformsExcellent communication/interpersonal skills, confident self starter who works well independently.Great organizational skills with an eye for detailIdeal candidate will also have relevant experience and preferably a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related fieldValid Driver’s License and current insurance**ResponsibilitiesMarketing Assistant Responsibilities include supporting marketing efforts, sales, and creative teams in the development and execution of promotional programs including brochures, advertising, and web contentTrain, motivate, mentor and evaluate marketing needsRunning daily reports and cross-checking marketing platformsResponding to inbox messages on all social media platformsReview and audit guest cards on a daily and weekly basisPost vacancies on Zumper, Facebook Marketplace and Apartments.comRespond to inquiries from Facebook MarketplaceDraft responses to online reviewsCoordination of on site marketing activities*Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 – $27.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Wheat Ridge, CO 80033: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
