As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting talented students and recent college graduates for internship and full-time positions. Additionally, you will coordinate the CONMED internship program, ensuring a best-in-class experience for both intern supervisors and student program participants. We are seeking an organized and relationship-focused Campus Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our ever-growing program offerings.
Responsibilities:
Develop and strengthen relationships with university career services staff, academic counseling staff, faculty and other departments in order to build partnerships that attract top talent to CONMED opportunities
Lead recruiting efforts for internship and entry-level full-time positions, ensuring a premier candidate experience for all applicants
Post internship and full-time openings on CONMED’s career page and school specific job boards via platforms such as Handshake and Symplicity
Coordinate on-campus and virtual recruiting event logistics including registration, invoice payment, organizing materials (banners, giveaways, table drapes, etc.) and CONMED employee representation
Execute operational aspects of the internship program including gathering intern requests, delivering intern supervisor training, hosting intern onboarding sessions, etc.
Facilitate the internship conversion process by partnering with hiring managers and Human Resources
Use insights gained from internship feedback surveys and external bench marking to provide recommendations for program improvements
Maintain working knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and legal rulings and ensure compliance and integrity in all activities

Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Position is remote but must be located near one of our key offices (Denver, Central NY/Utica, Greater Tampa Area)
Must be able to travel approximately 30% of the time to U.S. based CONMED facilities, industry conferences and university campuses
Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 52,000 to 80,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
