Streamline Brands specializes in teaching children water safety skills in an optimal environment with experienced instructors and an exceptional curriculum.We are looking for full-time and part-time employees that are interested in being part of a dynamic, fast pace, fun environment. Even though our business is around children’s swim lessons, this position is a service center office position, so no aquatics background needed. This is a remote position and requires working from home in a quiet space.Responsibilities· This is for a position in Colorado to support our call center in Parker, CO.· Respond to all customer inquiries in a manner that supports our service mission, vision, and values.· Answer all incoming calls in an engaged, professional, and accurate manner.· Manage the administration of all our policies and procedures with our customers.
