Job Description : We are looking for an experienced clinical liaison to assist in opening our newest rehabilitation hospital in Englewood, CO. This individual must be passionate about patient care and will be responsible for our initial engagement and education to our community and referral sources.Join our team as we begin interviewing for our beautiful custom-built 3 story hospital that will have 40 private patient rooms and two therapy gyms with leading-edge therapy technology. The hospital is operated by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners and brings approximately 150 new jobs to the community across multiple therapy disciplines, rehab nursing, and hospital support team members.The Clinical liaison is a crucial member of the hospital team that assist in screening potential patients and ensuring they meet inpatient rehabilitation. They work directly with CEO, DBD, and medical director. Will work to maintain census, drive market awareness and be active resources to the local hospitals. They will assist in the development of strategic marketing plans to include physician development, managed care and ACO initiatives, territory management, assess the market, and explores new service lines.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ensures comprehensive external information is gathered on a continual basis with regard to markets, customers, and competitors.Must have a strong understanding and ability to work in all business development roles, as needed.Ensures appropriateness of patient selection; assists patients/families in making informed admission decisions.Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and programs annually and on an as-needed basis for the facility’s long and short-term goals.Interfaces directly with managed care providers, key physicians, and other program delivery personnel providing expertise in the development and implementation of business plans, situation analysis documents, and feasibility studies to evaluate opportunities for new joint or shared program and/or service offering, and new product-line development, product enhancement and product differentiation in the competitive market environment.Consistently interfaces with Referral Sources, Case Managers, and Managed Care Providers to create to achieve maximum revenue generation for the hospital while maintaining an environment of quality care for the patient.Minimum Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree a clinician preferred (RN, LVN, OT, PT, ST, or SW)Experience in physician development and territory managementCurrent driver’s licenseStrong leadership skills, ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and highly motivated and goal-orientedThe estimated hourly rate displayed represents the typical wage range of candidates hired.
