If you’re ready to be a part of a great culture in a relevant fast-paced and professional environment, continue reading.The RoleAs an Insurance Operations Support team member, you will be an integral partner for our prospects and clients to help them through the insurance underwriting stages and processes. Key to this role is the ability to foster enduring relationships while utilizing the provided digital enhancing technology to deliver better outcomes for clients and deepen loyalty for generations.Things you will lead and driveScrub and submit insurance applications and use technology to obtain all necessary signatures prior to submittalCorrespond with our Home Office partners, team members and clients, on an as needed basis, to gather the information needed in the policy approval processMeet with clients to complete non-securities insurance related applicationsActively participate in conservation of existing non-securities businessArrange medical, paramedical and any exams necessary for underwritingProvide current status and account values for non-securities related accountsContact and advise clients regarding late payments and other non-securities sales and service-related issuesConsult with clients on impact of changes to non-securities related productsProcess incoming non-securities related insurance service requests from clients (address changes, bank change information, loan requests and ISA service inquiries)Attend weekly development and team meetings to advance industry masteryWhat you will bring to the teamA strong sense of collaboration as part of a goal oriented teamAbility to communicate effectively with individuals down the hall and around the communityResourceful and innovative while enjoying the challenge of problem solvingCan adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment without missing a beat or a detailComfortable working with various technologies and an efficiency zealotDemonstrated competencies in process and project management through anticipation of needsExcellent teamwork skills, including ability to be a thought leader as well as a thought doer.Demonstrated ability to handle the execution of confidential and time sensitive information.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to gain rapport and cooperation at all levels in our organization and home office.Excellent project management skills, including demonstrated ability to oversee execution of day-to-day and long-term business strategies and initiatives.What our client providesA full-time, 40-hour work week, exempt opportunityPay is $70,000+ (contingent on experience)Quarterly production bonusesPTO, holiday time off, birthday day off and charitable giving time offPaid SabbaticalMedical, dental and vision coverageLong-Term and Short-Term Disability as well as Long Term CareMatching 401kPaid for Industry Licensing (to include study time and exam course material)Paid for garage parkingWork remote FridaysLaptopOffice healthy break pantryFree access to an onsite workout facilityJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
