Job Description : We are a plumbing company focused primarily on new construction homes throughout the front range. We are hiring for a purchasing analyst role that will assist with bids, contracts, takeoffs, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and proper document management. In addition to being a key part of the purchasing and contracts, you will also assist ensuring our field teams have access to the information needed (plans, schedules, specifications, etc.). You will also assist with entry of PO’s and invoices into our system and verification of payments. As we are a rapidly growing organization, you may also be asked to perform additional office tasks in addition to your daily assignments.Experience with large volume of purchase orders and verificationExperience with accounting software (i.e. Quickbooks, Sage)Work with vendors to establish timely processing of rebates and creditsWork with home builders to resolve purchase order discrepanciesMust have experience with excel and MSOFFICEAble to read blueprints a plusMust be able to type 40 wpmWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
