Job Description : Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will possess basic computer skills and be trainable to handle all business related to our industry. Good customer Service skills and attention to detail is preferred.Essential Job Functions: · Report to Management· 100% Driver interaction· Monthly Safety Meetings· Manage and Communicate with Driver Leaders involving drivers based on the following violations:o DriveCam Coachingo Speedgauge Coaching (This will be Trained)o Hours Of Service- (This will be trained)o Company CSA performance (This will be trained)o Vigilloo Remedial Training· Yard checks observing drivers execute the following:o Entering, exiting and maneuvering in the yardo Backing, close quarterso Wearing PPEo Coupling/uncouplingo Pre/Post Tripso Mirror CheckSkills / AbilitiesAble to work equally effective with operating management and drivers.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills are requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills are requiredBasic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc E-logs a strong plusEffective personnel interaction, communication skills, and problem solving techniquesSound and effective leadership skillsAbility to write reports, memorandum, policies, procedures, and documentationMust be a self-starter with the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the organization, its customers and carriers in a manner that consistently produces resultsJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
