Tasks will vary, but all Production Specialists contribute to improving Fading West processes and products we deliver. Employees in this role will have the opportunity for factory cross-training, skills and process training, factory process development, and task diversification. All tasks completed, no matter how big or small, contribute to our mission of providing high-quality homes to the individuals and families living in them.RESPONSIBILITIESAll construction trades will be used throughout the production process to complete modular homes.
