Job Description : We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The role will be multi functional. You will help with process RMA’s , configuration phones and shipping. You will help with inventory and process all incoming shipments. You will also be in contact with our suppliers and well as customers. We will train, you need to be able learn and react in a fast pace environment.ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of incoming callsProcess RMA’sKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersSkillsProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeInventory management experienceStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesShipping experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHigh school degreeJob Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: From $25.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Customer service: 2 years (Required)Shipping & receiving: 2 years (Required)Inventory control: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
