Position : Training Manager
Job Description : SocialSEO is seeking an experienced digital marketing training manager to head up and manage our robust in-house training programs. This role will be responsible for the initial management and training provided to all onboarding employees, as well as the training of the remote assistant team. This role is also responsible for continued education for the team as well as arranging training from experts outside of the organization. Training disciplines include SEO, SEM, social media, client communication, project management, PORGY (personal organization), strategy, internal processes, and procedures. This role also creates, maintains, and updates all courses within the learning management system. The training coordinator directly reports to this role.Job Responsibilities:Creating, organizing, and running all training curriculums and programs within SocialSEO. This can include initial training classes, passport training into additional services, continued education, training of the remote team, etc.Leadership and management of training classes as they complete their initial 2 months of training.Searching for gaps in training content and materials that need updating.Research new training supplies and materials that can enhance SocialSEO’s training procedures while providing value to employees.Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training.Leading programs to assist employees with transitions due to changes in processes and procedures.Communicating with management, other trainers, and team members to ensure that all needs are met.Resolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary.Create, maintain, and update all courses within the learning management system.Become proficient at understanding and teaching account management workload dynamics to manage load and capacity expectations.Key Qualifications:Leadership, mentorship, and management abilities.Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods.Excellent communication (written and verbal).High level of attention to detail.High-level decision-making and problem-solving ability.High level of organization and time management.Multi-tasking ability.Good collaboration and teamwork skills.Experience with Monday.com is a plus.Experience in digital marketing is strongly preferred.The ability to shift priorities quickly when necessary.Benefits:99% of Health Benefits CoveredVision and Dental Options401K MatchingUnlimited, Values-Based PTOPaid Maternity and Paternity LeaveGreat Company CultureSocialSEO’s Mission:To be an innovative digital marketing agency that improves every client’s business, each of our employees’ lives, and impacts our community in a positive way.About SocialSEO:In 1996 (before most people even knew what a search engine was), SocialSEO wasn’t a brand or even a company.
