Job Description : Snarf’s Sandwiches is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator. We are seeking someone with marketing experience who is sharp, confident, a quick learner and a go-getter. Our Marketing Coordinator will help us build brand recognition for both Snarf’s Sandwiches and Snarfburger, drive business and achieve our goal of being everyone’s favorite sandwich and burger. This is not a remote position. It is an in-office position in Denver in the RiNo neighborhood. This role will report to the Director of Marketing.Duties & Responsibilities: Plan and execute companywide marketing campaigns; communicate details to storesManage local restaurant marketing (LRM) strategiesBe highly involved with neighborhood outreach and engagement with the public, which involves visiting companies in the neighborhoods surrounding our locationsPlan, organize and execute events that could include such things as setting up booths for events; walking our costumed mascots around events; handing out flyers, etc. (willinclude occasional evening and weekend events)Assist with managing rewards programManage marketing calendar with events, promotions, holidays, etc.Manage community involvement and donation requestsDeliver marketing tools/materials to our stores (signage, merchandise, etc.)Package and mail online retail ordersTrack in-store merchandiseBe flexible to undertake and/or support any other activity to build brand awareness.Other duties as requestedKnowledge/Skills/Requirements: Bachelor’s degreePrevious marketing experienceAbility to take initiative rather than waiting for instructionWell-spokenGood grammar and spellingFlexible availability – includes occasional weekends and evenings for eventsMust have a valid driver’s license and car and be willing to regularly drive to local store locations as neededQualities: Outgoing personalityVery comfortable engaging with peoplePositive attitudeAttention to detailWillingness to jump in and do whatever is neededGreat work ethicMust love dogs!! =) We have lots of office pups.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and other ancillary benefitsMileage reimbursementPaid Time offFree mealsFun cultureJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
