You’re what binds us together.Join our Federal Government Account Management team and help ensure our customers are getting the service, products and support they need to succeed.What you’ll be doing: As a Fed Gov Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing government agencies with a significant emphasis to drive increased sales penetration to new and existing ship-to locations.You will develop new customers within existing and new locations. You are also responsible for meeting and/or exceeding sales and net profit goals for government agencies in assigned territory by incorporating data analysis of book of business sales trends.In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution (in person meetings, over the phone, email). You will take a consultative approach to reviewing customer purchases, monitor critical customer metrics and recommend purchase saving opportunities through regular account reviews. By utilizing Salesforce on a regular basis, you will keep yourself organized and accounts updated, developing an annual business plan for assigned territory.
