Job Description : Dry Dock Brewing is a craft brewery in Aurora, Colorado who is looking for an organized professional who likes numbers and working with people. We are community and quality focused and work hard all while having fun. We are in search of a detail-oriented Office Manager to be the glue that keeps us all working efficiently and effectively. This is one of the most important positions in our company and works with every department including brewers, bartenders, sales, marketing, managers, and The Brew Hut to make sure we all stay on course. A day could range from entering invoices into our financial software system, onboarding a new employee, completing payroll, answering employee questions about benefits, or helping us plan a company party. Our ideal candidate is excited by the idea of joining the craft beer industry.Duties include but are not limited to the following: · Onboard new employees into Dry Dock and The Brew Hut by accurately completing required forms and benefit enrollment.· Maintain employee records and files.· Answer questions from employees regarding benefits and other human resources matters.· Process, submit and enter all payroll information in payroll and accounting systems.· Prepare and deposit weekly sales for both companies and enter sales information into accounting system.· Process accounts payable and receivable invoices and payments in accounting system.· Assist with vendor management for Dry Dock and The Brew Hut.· Order office supplies and upkeep of office area.· Assist with annual reporting to OSHA and FDA· Maintain licenses and renewals including FDA, OSHA, LED, etc.· File invoices and receipts.· Assist with travel and lodging reservations as needed.· Other duties as assigned.Preferred education, requirements and experience: Must be 21 years of age.Passion for craft beer and community.2+ years work experience in office setting.· Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.· Experience with any accounting software package such as QuickBooks or SAP BusinessOne is desirable.· Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) required.Strong communication, writing, grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.Salary and Benefits: Salary: $21 – $25 / hour.
